Address Residences Zabeel in Za'abeel is 10.06% complete, has 1,733 units, is scheduled for handover in Q3 2029 and starts from AED 1,800,888 on a 90/10 plan. Aeon Towers in Dubai Creek Harbour is 63.55% complete, with 262 units, handover in Q2 2028, prices from AED 1,710,000 and a 90/10 plan.
