Clearpoint comprises three mid-rise residential buildings, each configured as ground level, 10 floors and a roof level. The buildings are connected by a landscaped central podium, with green pockets on three sides of the development. The project is designed with a concrete structure, blockwork, and internal and external finishes. Its setting at Rashid Yachts & Marina places it near the marina promenade, the canal pool and Central Avenue. Residences look towards the marina and the Downtown Dubai skyline. The ground floor includes secure parking, while the raised podium brings together outdoor spaces and pools between the buildings.

The destination incorporates the marina promenade, restaurants, cafés, shops and the QE2 Hotel, with views of Burj Khalifa and the sea indicated within the community.

The payment plan is structured as 90/10: 10% is due on booking, 80% is payable during construction through the first to tenth instalments, and the remaining 10% is due on handover.
