Sunridge forms part of Rashid Yachts & Marina, a waterfront destination combining residences with a full-service marina, promenade, retail and dining. The project is positioned near the marina, the promenade, a community park and the 500-metre canal pool. The building is designed as B+G+5+R residential accommodation, with a concrete structure, blockwork and internal and external finishes. There are 130 units within one building. Payment plan and handover

The starting price for Sunridge is AED 1.47 million. The payment plan is structured as 90/10: 10% is due on booking, 80% is payable during construction across the first to seventh instalments, and the final 10% is due on handover. Handover is scheduled for Q1 2027. Construction commenced on 30 September 2023. The project is recorded as finished, with a completion ratio of 100.00% following an inspection dated 17 March 2026.
