We advise clients in English and Russian, and work with UAE residents and overseas buyers.
Each enquiry is assigned to a named broker, who carries it through viewings, negotiation, the payment schedule, registration with the Dubai Land Department and handover.

We work with a property at every stage: choosing the district, the purchase itself, registration, and afterwards letting it out or reselling it.
Our catalogue covers 2 783 off-plan projects from 736 developers — from the largest names in the emirate, such as Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel, Binghatti and Azizi, down to smaller local companies that only build in one or two communities.
On off-plan deals we work with developers directly, so a client sees the same price list, the same payment plan and the same launch inventory as at the developer’s own sales office. Our part of the work is comparison: which project in the same district is better value, how the payment schedule affects the real cost of entry, and how similar units nearby have performed on resale.
Buyer protection in this market is set by law. Payments for projects under construction go into a project escrow account regulated by the Dubai Land Department, and every off-plan sale is recorded in the Oqood register. We take clients through both.
Construction progress on projects we cover is published on the site as it is reported — see project status in Dubai.
Alongside new construction we keep 713 resale listings — apartments, townhouses and villas that are already built. A ready unit can be let out straight after the transaction, and it can be inspected before purchase rather than judged from a floor plan.
On every resale deal we verify ownership and title deed, check for outstanding service charges and mortgage encumbrances, obtain the developer’s NOC and handle the transfer at a DLD trustee office.
Starting points: the resale catalogue, the map view and current stock inventory.
We work across Dubai and the wider UAE. The site documents 1 884 areas, communities and residential clusters — established districts such as Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Circle, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Hills Estate, as well as master communities still under construction on the edges of the city.
Each area page covers what is being built there, how prices have moved and what the district is like to live in. Browse areas of Dubai.
Continental Club Property LLC is a company registered in Dubai and operates under RERA registration (ORN) 31933. Our agents work under the company’s registration, and every sale and purchase we handle is registered with the Dubai Land Department.
The licence can be checked at source: Continental Club Property LLC is listed in the Dubai Land Department’s public register of licensed real estate brokerage offices under office number 31933. The register is searchable by company name and by office number.
Money in a transaction moves only through official channels: developer escrow accounts for off-plan, DLD trustee offices for resale. Commission and costs are written into the paperwork before anything is signed. We do not take payments for property into the agency’s own accounts.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the rules for using this website in our Terms of Use.
Two cases, and they work differently.
Government charges are separate from our commission: the Dubai Land Department transfer fee and registration costs are set by the DLD, are paid to the government rather than to us, and are the same whichever agency you buy through. We set them out at the shortlist stage, so the total cost of a purchase is clear before a deposit is placed.
There are 26 people in the company: brokers, analysts, marketing and client service. Brokers are split by specialisation — off-plan, resale, and rentals. A question about a specific district goes to someone who works in it.
New brokers go through in-house training before they work with clients, and we run a regular webinar programme for buyers and investors. Meet the team on the brokers page.

In person or online. Remote purchase is entirely normal in Dubai and does not require the buyer to fly in.
Booking form and deposit for off-plan; MOU (Form F) and deposit for resale.
Title, encumbrances, service charge history, developer NOC, mortgage pre-approval where relevant.
Oqood for off-plan, or transfer at a DLD trustee office and title deed for resale.

Both. Our catalogue covers 2 783 off-plan projects and 713 resale listings. We handle off-plan purchases, resales, ready properties and rentals.
On off-plan purchases the developer pays our fee: the buyer pays the developer's own price list, so buying through us costs exactly the same as buying at the developer's sales office. On the secondary market our fee is 2% of the purchase price, paid by the buyer, which is standard practice in Dubai. Government charges — the Dubai Land Department transfer fee and registration costs — are separate from our commission and are the same whichever agency you buy through.
