Jumeirah Village Circle

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a master-planned community in Dubai, launched in 2005 and located near Sheikh Zayed Road. Spanning over 870 hectares, it is divided into six districts offering a mix of large villas, townhouses, and apartments. The community is still developing, with ongoing construction alongside completed residential buildings.

By 2016, approximately 25,000 residents lived in JVC, with projections estimating the population could reach 300,000 upon full completion of the 560-hectare area. The Circle Mall, a major retail and entertainment hub featuring 235 shops, a supermarket, department stores, a cinema, health clinic, and various dining options, is under construction and expected to enhance local amenities.

JVC features a variety of housing options, from spacious villas with up to five bedrooms and large balconies to smaller properties with generous gardens, especially in nearby Jumeirah Village Triangle. The quality of buildings varies depending on the developer, ranging from high-standard projects to less refined developments. The community appeals to buyers seeking a well-located area with potential for future price growth.
