Select Group

Select Group was founded in 2002 and is registered as Select Group LLC. Its subsidiaries include Bay Central Developments Ltd, Bay Central Developments Phase 2 Ltd, Global Group International Ltd, Point Development Ltd, SELECT NAUTICA LIMITED, Star Group Global Torch Select Ltd and West Avenue Ltd.

The listed development programme comprises 14 projects across Business Bay, Dubai Design District, Peninsula, Maritime City and Dubai Marina. Seven listed projects are finished and ready to move in: 15 Northside, Jumeirah Living Business Bay, Peninsula Five, Peninsula One, Peninsula Three, Peninsula Two and Studio One. Four listed projects are active: Artistry One Residences, Artistry Two Residences, Nautica One and Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina. They total 1,046 units where unit counts are stated.

In Dubai Design District, Artistry One Residences is active at 0% completion, has 232 units, a Q4 2029 handover and starting prices from AED 2,211,000. Its payment plan is 50/50. Artistry Two Residences is also active at 0% completion, with 235 units and a Q1 2029 handover; its payment plan is 50/50. In Maritime City, Nautica One is active and 64.57% complete, with 328 units. Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is active at 21.3% completion, comprises 251 units, has a Q3 2028 handover and starts from AED 5,760,000 under a 40/60 payment plan.

Peninsula Four The Plaza is active in Peninsula at 95.59% completion, with 1,040 units, a Q2 2026 handover and starting prices from AED 973,000. Its payment plan is 40/60. Completed Peninsula projects include Peninsula Five, with 383 units and prices from AED 886,500 under a 60% on completion plan, and Peninsula One, with 525 units and prices from AED 640,000 under a pay 70% on completion plan. In Business Bay, 15 Northside is finished, has 358 units and starts from AED 580,000, with 70% payable on handover. The Edge Business Bay has a Q4 2026 handover, starting prices from AED 1,040,000 and a 40/60 payment plan. The Residences at Marina Gate has a Q3 2025 handover, starting prices from AED 410,116 and a 100/0 payment plan.
