Dubai Maritime City is a premier maritime hub located on a man-made peninsula between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks. Spanning 2.3 million square meters, this specialized zone serves as a key industrial and commercial center dedicated to maritime services.
The Industrial Precinct is fully operational, featuring ship lifts, repair plots, warehouses, workshops, and supporting retail and showroom spaces. This area caters primarily to marine service providers and has achieved an occupancy rate of 82% with nearly 300 business partners as of late 2021.
The Commercial District is designed as a mixed-use development that will include retail outlets, residential units, office towers, and a waterfront promenade. While still under construction, it currently hosts the notable Anwa Tower and a mosque, marking the beginning of its urban landscape.
Dubai Maritime City offers a strategic alternative to other free zones, providing specialized facilities for maritime industries and contributing to Dubai’s position as a global maritime center.
