What buyers should check

For a Samana Resorts purchase, distinguish Phase 2 from Tower A and Tower B: all are in JVT District 4, yet they are separate listed projects with different starting prices. For an Arjan purchase, compare the Finished status of Samana Park Views with the Under Construction status of Samana Imperial Gardens.

Review the project-specific DLD entry, construction status, unit details and payment terms in the sale documents. Confirm that the selling company named in those documents matches the developer recorded for that project in the DLD registry.
