01
Paid as soon as the client pays
You earn commission, not a salary: once the client pays their share, your cut is paid out straight away, with no monthly accounting cycle to wait for. Across the market a newcomer’s first deal usually closes in the third to sixth month, and that is normal rather than a sign of failure — which is exactly why we suggest starting remotely, so you are not burning through savings on the way there.
02
50/50 from your first deal
Half the commission is yours immediately, with no ladder of «start at thirty per cent and grow into it». On this market half or more is usually paid where there is no training and no leads.
03
Leads: an exchange, not a handout
Enquiries go into a shared pool and belong to whoever picks them up first. Nobody distributes leads to favourites. New brokers have a protected quota of enquiries for their first weeks.
04
Paperwork is not your job
Listings are created by an administrator and paid for by the agency: portal placement is not deducted from your commission. Contracts are handled by an administrator as well.
05
Two markets, not one
Resale and off-plan directly from developers. Resale has a short cycle so the first money arrives sooner, while off-plan carries a larger cheque.
06
Training and a mentor
Broker Academy: the market, projects and ROI, resale, rentals and off-plan, the deal and its paperwork. At your own pace, alongside real deals with a mentor.
07
No office hours
A free schedule, with no mandatory full day in the office. There is no call quota. There is a bonus: AED 500 for any month in which you hold more than ten meetings.
08
Commission is not lost
Cancelled contracts are tracked automatically. If a deal falls through you find out straight away, not six months later during reconciliation.
09
Tools built on DLD data
A catalogue built on Dubai Land Department records: 2,785 projects, 736 developers, 1,884 areas, transactions and construction status. A working instrument for client conversations.
