Continental Club is a licensed Dubai brokerage, ORN 31933, and partners can receive up to 30% of our commission for introducing buyers while our licensed brokers handle the transaction. This real estate partner programme in Dubai has one route for private people and companies, and another for licensed brokers who co-broke with us. Terms are set in writing.
This route is for private individuals and companies that are not licensed real estate brokers. It may suit advisers, family offices, lawyers, accountants, banks, concierge services, networks and past clients.
This route is for DLD / RERA licensed brokerages and brokers with an office ORN and broker BRN.

Introducers sign a written partner agreement covering the reward rate, payment terms and confidentiality. Licensed brokers sign Form I for each transaction instead.
Introduce a client who has agreed that you may pass their contact details to Continental Club. We confirm each introduction in writing and tell you then if the client is already working with us.
Our licensed broker manages property selection, viewings, negotiation, client identity checks, contracts and registration with the Dubai Land Department. An introducer does not carry out brokerage activities.
Payment is due only when the transaction has completed and Continental Club has received its commission. The agreement sets the payment timing.
For a resale apartment priced at AED 2,000,000, our commission is 2% of the price, which is AED 40,000 (VAT excluded). At the maximum rate of 30%, the partner receives AED 12,000.
This is an illustrative calculation only, and the actual rate is the one in your partner agreement. On off-plan purchases, our commission is paid by the developer and differs by project.

The partner only introduces the client. The partner does not show properties, negotiate prices or terms, accept money or documents from the client, or sign anything on our behalf. In Dubai, these are brokerage activities that only licensed brokers may carry out under Dubai real estate brokers regulation.
The reward is paid only under a written agreement between Continental Club and the partner. Its size is set by that agreement.
Client contact details are passed to us only with that client's consent under UAE personal data protection law.
Continental Club identifies and checks every client under UAE anti-money-laundering rules, whoever introduced them. We may decline a client or a transaction.
Specific properties are advertised only by Continental Club under Dubai Land Department advertising permits (Trakheesi). Partners do not publish our listings, prices or payment plans as their own adverts. A partner promoting services on social media for payment is responsible for any permits required by UAE media rules.
Employees of Continental Club, and employees of the developer, seller, bank or another party acting in the same transaction, are not eligible for the reward. Public officials acting in connection with their duties are not eligible. Licensed brokers use Form I rather than the introducer reward.
The partner is responsible for their own tax registration and obligations. VAT-registered partners invoice in line with UAE VAT rules.
We do not promise any income: a reward is paid only if a transaction completes. We do not promise property price growth or rental returns.
Continental Club holds ORN 31933. You can check this office registration number in the DLD public register of licensed brokerage offices.
The partner agreement is written, and we provide written confirmation of each introduction. This records how the introduction was received.
Our licensed brokers handle resale and off-plan property work from selection through registration. We work with clients in English and Russian.
Our project pages show construction progress and registry status from Dubai Land Department data. This gives clients registry facts alongside developer brochures.
Private individuals and companies that are not licensed real estate brokers can apply to refer a property buyer. Licensed brokerages and brokers can work with Continental Club through co-broking and Form I.
The referral fee is up to 30% of the commission Continental Club earns on a completed transaction. The exact rate depends on whether the transaction is resale or off-plan and is fixed in the written partner agreement before the first introduction.
Continental Club pays the referral commission only after the transaction completes and after we receive our own commission in full. Payment is by bank transfer to the account in the partner's or partner company's name stated in the agreement, with no cash payments.
No, an introducer does not need a real estate licence, provided they only make the introduction. Continental Club's licensed brokers carry out all brokerage work.
A partner may introduce a consenting buyer to Continental Club. A partner may not show properties, negotiate, accept client money or documents, or sign anything on our behalf; those tasks are done by our licensed brokers.
Continental Club confirms each introduction in writing after you provide a client's details with their consent. If the client is already working with us, we tell you at that moment.
Yes. You may pass a client's contact details to Continental Club only with that client's consent, in line with UAE personal data protection law.
For co-broking, each brokerage receives 100% of the commission from its own client. If only one party pays commission, the split is agreed in writing in Form I.
