Dubai Islands

Dubai Islands is a waterfront city spanning 15.3 square kilometres, located off the coast of Deira. This development consists of seven man-made islands connected by bridges, transforming reclaimed land into a vibrant coastal community. The project adds 40 kilometres of new coastline to Dubai, including 21 kilometres of beachfront, designed to accommodate a population of approximately 250,000 residents and generate around 80,000 jobs.

The masterplan for Dubai Islands includes a diverse mix of tourism, leisure, and residential developments such as hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, mixed-use buildings, and waterfront homes. Key attractions include the Deira Islands Mall, which covers over 760,000 square metres and features numerous retail outlets, cinemas, office spaces, and entertainment venues.

Souk Al Marfa, known as the world’s largest night market, offers 5,300 shops alongside nearly 100 cafes and restaurants along the quayside. The islands also host several prominent resorts, including Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai, a 600-room beachfront resort with a waterpark, multiple dining options, a spa, and business facilities.

RIU Dubai is a 33-storey, 4-star hotel and water park resort featuring 800 rooms, multiple pools, a rooftop deck, and various recreational amenities. Additionally, Vienna House Deira Beach is a planned 600-room beachfront holiday complex, further enhancing the hospitality offerings on Dubai Islands.
