Interiors are specified with ivory-toned ceramics, bespoke wood finishes, Grohe brushed-nickel fittings and Siemens appliances. The penthouses include private infrared saunas. The building’s planned facilities centre on movement, recovery and shared spaces, combining rooftop amenities with gardens, fitness areas, workspaces and rooms for wellness consultations.

Homes, sizes and starting price

The residences include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Home sizes range from 816 sq ft to 2,600 sq ft. The project contains 50 units in total, including two penthouses. Prices start from AED 1.79 million. The specified interior palette includes ivory-toned ceramic finishes, bespoke wood finishes, Grohe brushed-nickel bathroom fittings and Siemens kitchen appliances. Full-height windows are included in the design concept, while landscaped balconies and shaded patio areas form part of the proposed residential setting. Private infrared saunas are specified for the penthouses.

Rooftop, fitness and recovery facilities

The rooftop is planned around a 17-metre outdoor pool, private cabanas, loungers, a cold plunge, outdoor showers and a hydration bar. Fitness provision includes two dedicated indoor fitness spaces, a gym, outdoor gym equipment and outdoor movement decks. The wellness facilities are set to include a Mindful Movement Studio, an Avida Recovery Suite, recovery room, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, infrared sauna, contrast therapy and longevity consultation rooms. Additional practical facilities include changing rooms, showers and toilets. A wellness concierge service, health consultations, aromatherapy diffusers, resident events and programming are also included in the amenity programme.

Gardens, workspaces and shared areas

Avida Residences is planned with landscaped gardens, water features, shaded garden lounges and a hydroponic garden. Shared spaces include a communal dining area, communal table and multi-functional activities area. The development also provides a co-working area, workshop rooms and a meeting room, together with a reception and seating area. These facilities sit alongside a lounge area and a hydration bar. Concierge service and 24-hour security are included in the project’s listed services. The combination of gardens, hydroponic planting, work areas and wellness facilities is designed as part of the building’s shared amenity offering.
