Silena Residences is planned as two residential buildings containing 137 homes. Building A has 92 units and Building B has 45 units. The architectural and interior direction uses natural stone, wood and marble, complemented by Murano glass accents. The development is positioned for a direct connection to the sea, with private beach access forming part of its residential offering. Its rooftop is designed with skyline and island views, while selected ground-floor villas include private green spaces. The project combines conventional residences with larger-format homes, including penthouses and ground-floor villa options.
The collection includes studios; one-, two- and three-bedroom residences; townhouses; villas; and penthouses. Building A contains 48 one-bedroom, 31 two-bedroom and five three-bedroom homes. Its penthouse selection comprises three three-bedroom quadruplex penthouses, one four-bedroom simplex penthouse, two three-bedroom duplex penthouses and two four-bedroom duplex penthouses. Building B includes 18 one-bedroom, 11 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom homes, as well as four three-bedroom duplex penthouses, one four-bedroom duplex penthouse and one five-bedroom duplex penthouse.
