Building BG 7 has a basement, ground floor, 20 upper floors and a roof, with 118 units. Together, the three buildings contain 241 apartments across a total project area of 30,527.47 square metres.

Apartment collection

The development contains one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom duplex apartments. The unit mix spans 241 residences distributed between the three buildings, with BG 7 containing the largest number of homes at 118 units. BG 6 contains 73 apartments, while BG 5 contains 50 apartments. The four-bedroom homes are configured as duplex apartments, distinguishing them from the other apartment types within the project. The project’s residential format is entirely apartment-based, with no villa component within the 241-unit scheme.

Bay Grove Residences B is active. Construction commenced on 17 June 2025, and the recorded completion ratio is 5.72%. The project has an inspection date of 21 July 2026. Completion is scheduled for 21 September 2028. Central Island is planned around Deira Mall and The Night Market. The Night Market is planned to include more than 5,300 shops and 100 quayside cafés and restaurants. Shore Island is planned for sports and resort uses, while Golf Island includes an 18-hole golf course and wellness enclaves.

Road and transport connections

Dubai International Airport is 9.6 kilometres from Dubai Islands by road. The Dubai International Financial Centre is 12.1 kilometres away, while The Dubai Mall is 13.7 kilometres away and Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai are 13.8 kilometres away. Business Bay is 15.3 kilometres from the islands. The nearest Dubai Metro access is Green Line station G22, at a distance of 4.7 kilometres. Road connections and bridge works form part of the area’s wider infrastructure programme, including a proposed 1,425-metre, eight-lane bridge to Bur Dubai and a 1.4-kilometre bridge under the Shindagha Corridor Project.
