The development contains one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom duplex apartments. The unit mix spans 241 residences distributed between the three buildings, with BG 7 containing the largest number of homes at 118 units. BG 6 contains 73 apartments, while BG 5 contains 50 apartments. The four-bedroom homes are configured as duplex apartments, distinguishing them from the other apartment types within the project. The project’s residential format is entirely apartment-based, with no villa component within the 241-unit scheme.

Business Bay is 15.3 kilometres from the islands. The nearest Dubai Metro access is Green Line station G22, at a distance of 4.7 kilometres.
