Esme’ Beach Residences comprises one residential building with a ground floor, two podium levels and 12 floors. The development contains 109 apartments and has a concrete structure with blockwork and internal and external finishes. Its façade is designed with curved, wave-inspired forms that reference the surrounding seascape. The building is positioned on Island A within Dubai Islands, between a white-sand beach and a shopping mall. Homes from the sixth floor upwards are described as having unobstructed Arabian Gulf views. The project also provides direct beach access, placing the shoreline among its defining features.
The collection includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with stated areas from 229 sq ft to 698 sq ft.
