Its current registered status is active, with a recorded construction start date of 10 October 2025. The project had reached 38% completion at the inspection dated 5 June 2026.

One-bedroom residences range from 800 to 1,142 sq ft. Two-bedroom homes range from 1,172 to 1,910 sq ft, while two-bedroom plus study residences range from 1,373 to 1,946 sq ft. Three-bedroom homes range from 1,732 to 2,418 sq ft. Three-bedroom deluxe residences range from 1,760 to 3,923 sq ft. The four-bedroom penthouse starts from 5,964 sq ft. One- and two-bedroom residences are allocated one car parking space, while three- and four-bedroom residences are allocated two spaces.

Amenities at Ellington Sands 2 include private beach access, a beach boardwalk, beach sun loungers and a water sports activity zone. The pool selection includes a beach pool, lap and leisure pool, garden pool, waterfall pool, water lounge pool, hydrotherapy pool and kids pool, alongside a Baja shelf and cabanas. Payment plan and handover

The payment structure is 70/30. A 20% down payment is due on booking, followed by 50% during construction through the first to eighth instalments. The remaining 30% is due on handover at 100% completion. Handover is planned for Q2 2028. The anticipated service charge is AED 18 per sq ft. The project’s registered completion date is 31 December 2028.
