Ellington Sands 1 includes a private beach, beachfront gardens, a beach boardwalk and beach sun-lounger areas. The pool collection includes a waterfall pool, sanctuary pool, beach pool, water lounge pool, garden pool, leisure pool, lap pool, kids pool and a Baja shelf. Residents also have access to cabanas, sun-lounger areas, a beach shower area and change rooms.
