The exterior is designed with a white façade, large glazed windows and extended balconies. Mimar Architecture and Engineering designed the architecture, which takes inspiration from flora. The ground level is planned with a reception desk, lobby, waiting area, indoor lounge, outdoor lounge and co-working space. The building will have two residential elevators and one service lift. With 76 residences in total, Flora Shore has a defined apartment count within its building configuration.

Apartments and interiors

The residence collection includes two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments. The apartments are furnished, and selected two-bedroom residences include private pools. Living rooms are designed with 3.2-metre-high ceilings, while kitchens and bathrooms have 2.5-metre floor-to-ceiling heights. Bedrooms are planned with walk-in closets and large windows. Private balconies form part of the apartment design, extending the internal living areas. The stated starting price for Flora Shore is AED 2,258,888. Individual pricing will depend on the residence selected.
