Sunset Bay is planned as a single residential building configured with a ground floor, two podium levels, eight residential floors and a roof level. The development is designed with a concrete structure, blockwork, and internal and external finishes. Its low-rise format places the residences within Dubai Islands, a multi-island waterfront district on Dubai’s northern coastline. The building’s residences are presented as fully furnished homes with equipped kitchens and smart-home systems. Floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies and terrace areas form part of the residential design. The building includes a rooftop leisure level with a pool, sun deck, sunken lounge, rooftop garden, outdoor cinema, floating island and seating areas.
