Payment plan and planned completion

The payment plan for Ocean Tower is structured as 20% on booking, 60% during construction and 40% on handover at 100% completion. Construction began on 1 October 2024. The project’s planned completion date is 30 September 2026. As of the inspection dated 18 June 2026, construction completion was recorded at 19.04%. Ocean Tower is classified as active. The plan therefore combines an initial booking payment with staged construction instalments and a final handover payment.

Ocean Tower is developed by Ahmed Alansari Real Estate Development. The project forms part of Dubai Islands, whose master developer is Nakheel. Dubai Islands is planned as a mixed-use waterfront destination, with residential projects alongside hotels, resorts, public beaches, parks and marina facilities. The district includes Nakheel Marinas Dubai Islands, which has 248 wet berths for vessels up to 47 metres and 40 dry berths for trailers up to 20 metres. The location’s residential component includes apartment and villa projects across the island masterplan.
