The project and its design

Wynwood by Imtiaz is planned as a single G+2P+14+R residential building on the coastline of Dubai Islands. Its residential concept combines furnished homes with podium-level facilities and landscaped outdoor areas. The building includes multiple podium levels, pedestrian pathways, green courtyards, outdoor sitting areas and dining pods. An iconic staircase forms part of the podium setting, alongside pool and leisure spaces. The residences are specified with high ceilings, panoramic glazing and bespoke interiors using natural textures and contemporary finishes. The project has 146 units in total, with a planned completion date of 30 September 2027.

Homes, interiors and duplexes

The residence collection includes studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom homes and Signature Duplexes. Fully furnished residences are specified with custom-designed kitchens fitted with Miele appliances, engineered-stone countertops and Alexa-enabled smart controls. Bathroom fittings include products by GESSI, Geberit and Villeroy & Boch. The project also includes penthouses with private rooftop retreats. These rooftop spaces feature a private infinity pool, open-air bar and garden terraces, with panoramic Arabian Gulf views. Signature Duplexes are identified as a separate home type within the collection.

Podium amenities and outdoor spaces

The amenity programme is arranged across multiple podium levels. It includes an infinity pool, pool deck, jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, yoga terrace and clubhouse. Outdoor facilities comprise a BBQ area, green courtyard, pedestrian pathway, outdoor sitting area, children’s play zones and dining pods. The development also provides a poolside bar, garden terraces and an open-air bar. VIP parking and an electric-vehicle recharge station are included. The private infinity pool is listed among the project facilities and is a feature of the penthouse rooftop retreats. The iconic staircase is also part of the shared podium environment.

Dubai Islands location

Wynwood by Imtiaz is located on Dubai Islands. Dubai Islands Marina is listed at a five-minute drive, while Deira Waterfront is ten minutes away. Dubai International Airport, The Dubai Frame and Downtown Dubai are each listed at 15 minutes. Dubai Mall, The Dubai Fountain, Ski Dubai and DIFC Art Galleries are each listed at 20 minutes. Dubai Islands Beach is 1.8 km from the project, while Dubai Heritage Village is 2.2 km away and Dubai Museum is 2.5 km away. Vox Cinema at City Centre Shindagha is listed at 2.6 km, and Maritime City Park is 3.3 km away.

Payment plan and planned handover

The payment plan is structured as 60/40. A 20% down payment is due on booking, followed by 40% during construction across the first to sixth instalments. The remaining 40% is due on handover at 100% completion. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2027, with the project completion date recorded as 30 September 2027. Construction started on 15 June 2025. The project is active and had reached 26.26% completion at the inspection dated 6 October 2026.
