Bay Grove Residences C is a four-building apartment development at Dubai Islands, comprising 360 homes. Dubai Islands is the developer, and the project is active with a recorded completion ratio of 5.70%. Construction began on 15 February 2025 and completion is scheduled for 10 April 2028.

A four-building residential development

Bay Grove Residences C occupies a total project area of 43,488.30 square metres at Dubai Islands. The scheme is arranged across four buildings above a combined basement and ground level. Building BG 9 is configured as basement, ground floor, nine floors and roof, with 67 units. BG 10 has basement, ground floor, 11 floors and roof, with 69 units. BG 11 has basement, ground floor, 20 floors and roof, with 118 units, while BG 12 has basement, ground floor, 18 floors and roof, with 106 units. Together, these buildings form a 360-apartment residential project on the Dubai Islands waterfront masterplan.

Apartment collection

The 360 residences include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. The four-bedroom selection includes both simplex and duplex apartments. BG 9 contains 67 homes, BG 10 contains 69, BG 11 contains 118 and BG 12 contains 106. This distribution places the largest number of residences in BG 11, the building configured with 20 floors above the ground level, while BG 12 rises to 18 floors. The project is positioned within Dubai Islands, a five-island destination that includes Marina Island, Central Island, Shore Island, Golf Island and Elite Island.

Dubai Islands is a multi-island masterplan on Dubai’s northern coastline, spanning five named islands: Marina Island, Central Island, Shore Island, Golf Island and Elite Island. The wider destination combines residential development with hospitality, marina and public-realm components. It includes public beaches, parks, a marina network, resorts and waterfront residential neighbourhoods. The masterplan provides for 37 hotels and resorts, and RIU and Centara resorts are already open. It also includes two square kilometres of parks and open areas. Dubai Islands is developed and promoted under the Nakheel portfolio, with Central Island planned around Deira Mall and The Night Market.

Marina, beaches and open areas

Nakheel Marinas Dubai Islands launched in May 2023. The marina has capacity for 13 superyachts at one time, 248 wet berths for vessels up to 47 metres and 40 dry berths for trailers up to 20 metres. Its facilities include parking, showers, washrooms, a launderette, dock assistance available 24 hours a day, club-car transfers, utilities and waste services. Several Nakheel beaches at Dubai Islands hold Blue Flag accreditation. The wider masterplan also includes public beaches, waterfront promenades and parkland, alongside hotel, resort and residential components.

Road connections and nearby destinations

Dubai International Airport is 9.6 km from Dubai Islands by road. Downtown Dubai is 13.8 km away, The Dubai Mall is 13.7 km away, DIFC is 12.1 km away and Business Bay is 15.3 km away. The nearest Dubai Metro access is Green Line station G22, 4.7 km from the islands. Planned and ongoing transport works include road connections and new bridges. These include a proposed 1,425-metre, eight-lane bridge to Bur Dubai and a 1.4 km bridge announced as part of the Shindagha Corridor Project. Palm Jumeirah is 28.3 km away, Dubai Marina is 31.1 km away and JBR Beach is 31.7 km away by road.

Construction progress and scheduled completion

Bay Grove Residences C is active. The recorded project start date is 15 February 2025, and the recorded completion ratio is 5.70%. Completion is scheduled for 10 April 2028. The development has project number 3415 and consists of four buildings containing 360 apartments. Its combined basement and ground-level arrangement serves BG 9, BG 10, BG 11 and BG 12, which range from nine to 20 floors above the ground level, in addition to roof levels. The construction programme identifies one scheduled completion date for the overall project.
