Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) is an expansive development in Dubai, covering approximately 10,800 hectares, making it larger than Manhattan. It is situated south of Business Bay and bordered by major roads including Al Khail Road, Umm Suqeim Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and Dubai Al Ain Road.
The city is divided into several key districts and projects. Meydan City occupies about a quarter of the area and includes residential and commercial developments such as Meydan 1, Sobha Hartland, Meydan Metropolis, District One, and the Dubai Racing Club. Sobha Hartland is a mixed-use community featuring villas and apartments with contemporary designs, located near Burj Khalifa.
Meydan Metropolis is planned as a commercial hub with multiple office buildings, while District One is set to become a mixed-use urban and leisure area. The Dubai Racing Club within MBR City offers equine facilities, a golf course, and a business zone.
Other residential zones include Millennium Estates with luxury villas, Meydan Heights featuring townhouses and amenities, and the upcoming Mag Eye at Meydan. Dubai Hills Estate, a joint project, spans 2,700 acres with villas, apartments, an 18-hole golf course, schools, hotels, and sports facilities. District Eleven focuses on family-oriented living with villas, mixed-use buildings, and educational institutions.
MBR City combines luxury living, business, and leisure in a strategically located area with ongoing construction and future developments planned to enhance Dubai’s urban landscape.
