Skyvue Solair is a new-launch apartment tower in Sobha Hartland 2, Dubai, and the inaugural tower in the Skyvue cluster. Sobha Group is developing the project, with handover scheduled for Q1 2029. Apartments are priced from AED 1.83 million, with a 60/40 payment plan.

The project and its design

Skyvue Solair is planned as the inaugural tower within the Skyvue cluster at Sobha Hartland 2. Its architecture is defined by a zig-zag façade and a triangular floor plan. The building design is intended to bring natural light into the apartments and frame outlooks across the city. Selected residences are planned with views towards Downtown Dubai, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and the Dubai skyline, while some layouts have dual-aspect views. The project also includes a central water feature set within an amphitheatre-style setting. Dining venues are included within the development, alongside communal indoor and outdoor spaces.

Apartments and layouts

The residence collection includes one-bedroom, 1.5-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Reported layouts range from 533 sq. ft. to 1,129 sq. ft. Apartment configurations include balconies, powder rooms, storage rooms and study areas in selected homes. The triangular floor arrangement is a defining element of the tower’s design and is intended to shape the direction of views from the residences. Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is 1.5 km from Skyvue Solair. Hartland Greens East Park and Riviera East Park are each 1.4 km away, while Sobha Hartland Estates Park is 1.7 km away. The Track Meydan Golf is 2.1 km from the project. Downtown Dubai is listed at 10 minutes, Business Bay at 12 minutes, Dubai International Airport at 12 minutes and Meydan Racecourse at 10 minutes. The Dubai Mall, Dubai Frame and Dubai Opera are each listed at 15 minutes.

Price, payment plan and handover

Prices for Skyvue Solair start from AED 1.83 million. The payment structure is set at 60/40: 20% is due on booking, 40% is payable during construction through the first to eighth instalments, and the remaining 40% is due on handover. The planned handover is Q1 2029. The project is currently classified as a New Launch. This structure places 60% of the purchase price before handover and 40% at completion. Buyers can use the published starting price, instalment allocation and handover quarter as the core financial and delivery reference points for the development.
