330 Riverside Crescent is a single-building development designed with lower ground, ground, four podium levels, 50 residential floors, one service floor and a roof. Its architecture is shaped as a tapered crescent, forming part of the waterfront setting in Sobha Hartland 2. The development combines residential apartments with commercial retail space at ground level. Open terrace gardens are incorporated into the project, while sky gardens are positioned on the 18th and 43rd floors. Selected residences are oriented towards the lagoons, beaches, parks, mansions, villas and Meydan Racecourse. The tower has 57 storeys and a total of 765 registered units.
Apartments and layouts
The residence collection includes one-bedroom, 1.5-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Stated apartment areas range from 496.22 sq ft to 1,134.63 sq ft. One-bedroom Type A apartments with balconies range from 496.22 sq ft to 501.81 sq ft. Other one-bedroom plans include layouts with a powder room and balcony, as well as a layout with a store room, powder room and balcony.
