Skyvue Spectra is a 41-storey residential tower with a triangular form and a zig-zag façade. Its residences are planned with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic outlooks towards Downtown Dubai, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, the lagoons and the surrounding community. The tower includes dual-aspect apartments, while certain homes have two outdoor spaces. The interiors are described with open-plan layouts, premium finishes and modern kitchen fixtures. The project offers one-bedroom, 1.5-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. Residence sizes range from 462 to 1,383 sq ft.
