Azizi Victoria is a large-scale development spanning 300 hectares within Mohammed Bin Rashid City District Seven. The project features a British-inspired design and comprises 105 mid-rise and high-rise buildings, offering a total of 30,000 residential units.
The buildings range from nine to 31 storeys and include studios as well as one- to four-bedroom apartments. Alongside residential spaces, the development incorporates commercial and retail areas, including a dedicated retail district and two hotels.
Community amenities are an integral part of Azizi Victoria, with plans for schools, shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreational areas to enhance the living experience. The project is organized into four phases, with the initial phases scheduled for completion in 2019.
Located south of Meydan One and west of the Meydan Hotel, Azizi Victoria benefits from proximity to the upcoming Meydan One Mall. The development is notably twice the size of a nearby canal-based community, emphasizing its scale and mixed-use nature within Mohammed Bin Rashid City.
