Mall of the Emirates is 17.8 kilometres away, while Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina are 21.4 kilometres and 24.2 kilometres away respectively. The nearest metro station to the centre of Maritime City is Green Line station G24, at a distance of 2,331 metres.
Maritime City’s Industrial Precinct is complete and operational. It includes ship lifts, ship-repair plots, warehouses, workshops, retail and showrooms serving maritime activity. The Commercial Precinct continues to develop in phases, with residential and mixed-use projects joining the district’s established industrial operations.
