15 Northside is finished, with a recorded completion ratio of 100%. The project’s recorded completion date is 25 April 2023. The payment structure sets a 5% down payment at booking, 25% during construction and 70% on handover. The payment-plan headline is 70% on handover. A detailed instalment schedule allocates 10% within 30 days of booking and 15% after six months from booking, alongside the 5% booking payment and 70% on completion.
