Peninsula Two forms part of Peninsula, a master-planned waterfront community in Business Bay. The tower rises 36 storeys and has 462 apartments. Its setting is defined by the Dubai Canal, which surrounds the wider Peninsula community on three sides. Apartments have views towards the Dubai Canal, Burj Khalifa and the Downtown skyline. The building is configured as a residential and retail project, with three basement levels, a ground floor, 34 floors, a mechanical level and a roof level.
