Binghatti Grove combines residential accommodation with ground-floor retail, placing 16 shops within the project. The building is the sole structure within the development, with a total of 404 units across its residential and retail components.

Apartments and retail spaces

The residential collection comprises 388 apartments in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. There are 360 one-bedroom apartments, 20 two-bedroom apartments and eight three-bedroom apartments. These residences are arranged across the project’s 42 residential floors. The apartment interiors are planned with open layouts and expansive windows, while the design direction incorporates natural materials, champagne marble and bronze glass. Retail forms part of the ground-floor offering, with 16 shops included in the project. This creates a combined residential and retail property rather than a purely residential tower. The full project total of 404 units includes the 388 homes and 16 ground-floor retail spaces.

Amenities for recreation and fitness

The amenity programme is centred on an adults’ pool, kids’ pool and pool deck. Outdoor facilities include a yoga area, an outdoor fitness area, an outdoor seating area, a basketball court, a padel court and a children’s play area. The dedicated amenity floor sits separately from the residential floors, while the pool, fitness and recreation facilities provide a defined set of spaces for exercise, play and outdoor use. The adults’ and children’s pools are provided as separate facilities. The project also includes both basketball and padel courts, alongside the yoga and outdoor fitness areas. The amenity selection is part of the building’s wider landscaping and biophilic design approach.

Binghatti Grove is located in JVC District 17, part of Jumeirah Village Circle. Markh Park is 0.1 km from the project, while Halool Park and Thamam Park are 0.4 km and 0.5 km away respectively. Cinepolis at Circle Mall is 0.8 km away, and Dubai Miracle Garden is 2.6 km away. The Els Golf Club is 2.5 km from the development, with Montgomerie Golf Course at 4.3 km and Jumeirah Golf Estates Golf Course at 4.6 km. Payment plan and project timeline

Homes at Binghatti Grove start from AED 1,200,000. The payment plan is structured as 70/30: 20% is due as the down payment on booking, 50% is payable during construction and 30% is due on handover. The stated handover period is Q1 2026, and the project completion date is 31 March 2026. Construction began on 1 October 2024. Binghatti Grove is recorded as an active project, and its construction completion ratio was 100% at the inspection dated 28 September 2026.
