Binghatti Circle is a residential, retail and commercial development in Jumeirah Village Circle by Binghatti Developers. The planned building contains 776 residences, alongside 31 offices and 15 ground-floor shops. Its residential collection comprises studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Binghatti Circle is configured as 2B + G + 4P + 58 floors + 3 mechanical levels + 3 STR + roof. The development occupies a plot of 6,421.58 square metres, equivalent to 69,121.24 square feet. Its design is centred on a curved, elevated exterior intended as an architectural interpretation of a circle, with an undulating form that creates changing light and shadow across the façade. Residential, retail and commercial uses are combined within the same project. The interior design direction incorporates mirror, travertine, oak wood, antique brass, marble, fluted white wood, wood porcelain and glass. The project also incorporates energy-efficient building practices and high-end materials and finishes.
The residential inventory totals 776 units. Studios make up 250 homes, while one-bedroom apartments account for 504 units, forming the largest part of the collection. There are also 16 two-bedroom apartments and six three-bedroom apartments. The floor-plan selection includes four studio types, three one-bedroom types, two two-bedroom types and one three-bedroom type. In addition to the residences, Binghatti Circle has 31 offices. The retail component consists of 15 shops on the ground floor. This distribution gives the project both residential and commercial accommodation within one building.
The amenity programme includes a swimming pool and an indoor gym. Outdoor activity provision includes a jogging track, paddle court and basketball court. A dedicated kids’ play area is also included. Cabanas and lounges provide additional shared spaces, while green landscaping forms part of the wider setting. Smart home features are included in the project’s lifestyle offering. These facilities sit alongside the tower’s residential, office and retail components, creating a mix of leisure, work and commercial uses within Binghatti Circle.
Binghatti Circle is located in Jumeirah Village Circle, a freehold master community developed by Nakheel. The project is positioned close to Circle Mall, Circle Community Park, Jumeirah Five Hotel and Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah are also identified among the key city landmarks connected to the location. Road access is provided through Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Jumeirah Village Circle contains residential buildings, townhouses and villas, and includes parks and recreational areas. The community is organised into six districts and covers more than 870 hectares.
