Community development and retail

JVC combines established residential areas with continuing construction activity. By mid-2020, 235 towers or townhouse rows had been completed, while 110 were under construction and further projects were at the design stage. Circle Mall was planned as a retail complex with 235 shops, an anchor supermarket, two department stores, a multi-screen cinema, health clinic, cafés, restaurants and a food court.
