Salva is located in The Heights Country Club, a large masterplanned residential community in Dubai. Emaar Properties launched the community as a low-rise residential district centred on landscaped surroundings, green corridors, ponds and open spaces. The planned housing mix across the community consists of townhouses and semi-attached villas. Parks, wellness facilities, cycling routes, jogging routes and event plazas form part of the district plan. The Heights Country Club is designed as a suburban-style community rather than a high-density urban development. Its neighbourhood layout combines residential areas with recreational infrastructure and public spaces for gatherings.

Masterplan scale and planned setting

The Heights Country Club has a reported area of 81 million square feet and a reported development value of AED 55 billion. The initial public launch event for the community was held on May 20 at the Armani Dubai Hotel. The masterplan places low-rise homes alongside landscaped areas, greenways, parks and ponds. Townhouses and semi-attached villas are arranged within a wider network of open space and active-lifestyle facilities. The plan also identifies event plazas and public spaces as gathering points within the community. Masterplan imagery reflects the original design intent, while future designs may evolve as the development progresses.

Outdoor, wellness and recreational facilities

The Heights Country Club masterplan includes greenways, parks and ponds woven through the neighbourhood. A dedicated wellness centre and associated programming are planned within the community. Cycling tracks and jogging tracks are integrated into the layout, creating designated routes through the residential setting. Event plazas and public spaces are also part of the planned community infrastructure. These elements sit alongside the district’s low-rise townhouse and semi-attached villa neighbourhoods. The community concept combines landscaped open space with facilities intended for wellness, recreation and gatherings.

Retail, dining and community services

Retail and dining spaces are planned within The Heights Country Club to serve daily needs. The masterplan also anticipates schools, hospitals and places of worship within or near the community. These services are planned alongside residential neighbourhoods, parks, cycling and jogging routes, and wellness facilities. The district is intended to include neighbourhood-scale facilities rather than operate solely as a residential area. The broader community plan brings together housing, public spaces, active routes and supporting services within one masterplanned setting. The planned retail and dining provision is part of this wider community structure.

Road access and nearby connections

Road transport is expected to provide the principal connection between The Heights Country Club and the wider city network. Public transport access is limited in the immediate vicinity of the community. The nearest listed Dubai Metro station is on the Red Line, identified as station R73, at 11.1 km from the development. South View School is listed at 4.5 km from the community. The Heights Country Club is planned with internal cycling and jogging routes, while everyday travel and city connections are oriented towards road transport.

Emaar Properties is the developer of Salva and launched The Heights Country Club. The developer’s community plan focuses on townhouses and semi-attached villas in a landscaped, low-rise environment.
