ORCHID, also known as Creek Beach – Orchid, is a two-building residential development in Dubai Creek Harbour. The project contains 208 residential units in total. Building 1 is configured as ground level, mezzanine and 12 floors, with 131 residential units. Building 2 is configured as ground level, mezzanine and nine floors, with 77 residential units. The project began on 5 March 2022 and has a recorded total area of 308,933.57. Its location is within Al Khairan First, a district forming part of the wider Dubai Creek Harbour waterfront masterplan.
A waterfront district on Dubai Creek
Dubai Creek Harbour is a waterfront masterplan at The Lagoons, located on the edge of Dubai Creek beside the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The district combines high-rise residential clusters, waterfront promenades and large-scale urban facilities. Its setting places the Creek, the Dubai skyline and the wetland reserve among the defining features of the area. Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is known for its flamingo population and protected habitat. Dubai Creek Harbour is being developed by Emaar in partnership with Dubai Holding, with residential, retail and public-realm components that include completed, under-construction and planned elements.

Dubai Creek Harbour is planned as a city within a city, bringing together residential towers, waterfront public spaces and retail and leisure elements. The district includes Dubai Creek Residences, a six-tower apartment complex, alongside projects such as Oria Tower, Creek Haven, Aeon Towers, Address Residences Dubai Creek Harbour, Palace Residences, Creek Blue and Creek Bay. The masterplan also includes The Square, a retail and leisure destination. The area has been conceived as a major waterfront urban district, with high-rise development and promenades forming central parts of its layout.
Transport and planned metro connection
The nearest current Dubai Metro station is Green Line station G30, located 2,367 metres from Dubai Creek Harbour. Public-transport access to the immediate area is currently limited. The Dubai Metro Blue Line is planned to improve connections to the Creek area, with a completion target of 2029. Plans for the line include Emaar Properties Station, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. The planned station is set to stand 74 metres tall and cover 11,000 square metres. It is intended to serve the Creek area as part of the future Blue Line network.
