South Beach is managed by Ease, a property-management and hospitality group under Emaar. The service is structured for owners who choose to rent their apartment as a short-term holiday home. Ease handles guest bookings, invoicing and payment handling for homes under its management. It also provides hotel-quality amenities and services. This management model is part of the South Beach offering and applies alongside the furnished residences.
