Hillsedge has active project status. Construction began on 2 May 2025, and the recorded completion ratio is 25.55%, based on an inspection dated 6 June 2026. Completion is scheduled for 31 January 2029. The project’s three-building configuration consists of a 19-floor residential building, an 18-floor residential building and a ground-plus-one residential building. The two larger buildings each provide 198 apartments, with 10 apartments in the third building. This structure accounts for the project total of 406 units. The development is therefore in the construction phase, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2029.

Payment structure

The payment plan allocates 10% as the first payment, 70% during construction and 20% on handover. This is a 10/70/20 structure, with the majority of payments scheduled through the construction period and the final 20% due when keys are handed over. Hillsedge is scheduled for completion on 31 January 2029.
