Architecture and interiors

The architectural direction at Golf Hills combines clean lines, minimalist forms, grand windows and extended balconies. Flowing layouts are designed to bring daylight into the residences and connect indoor areas with the surrounding green views. The interiors use warm wood, textured stone, metals and glass finishes. One-, two- and three-bedroom apartment layouts are included in the project. The residences are presented as modern retreats with spaces intended for everyday living and entertaining. The building’s golf-facing environment is reflected in the design through views of fairways, landscaped areas and open green horizons.

Apartment collection

Golf Hills offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. The project has 204 residential units in total. Each apartment category forms part of the same residential collection at Emaar South, with the project set among golf-course landscaping and greenery. The homes are designed with windows and balconies that frame the surrounding views. Buyers can choose between three apartment configurations, from one-bedroom homes through to three-bedroom residences. The current starting price is AED 1,060,000.

Amenities and outdoor spaces

Residents at Golf Hills will have access to an infinity-edge pool, a children’s pool and a children’s play area. The amenity collection also includes a padel court, indoor and outdoor gyms, and indoor and outdoor yoga areas. A BBQ area provides an additional outdoor social space. The 18-hole golf course is a central feature of the setting, alongside golf fairways and landscaped green areas. The community also includes pedestrian-friendly routes, parks, retail, healthcare facilities, schools and hotels. Golf Hills is located in Emaar South, close to Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City Dubai. Al Maktoum International Airport is a five-minute drive from the development. Dubai Marina is a 30-minute drive away, while Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa are reached in 35 minutes. Dubai International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. Emaar South Golf Club is 1.0 km from Golf Hills, and Expo City Dubai is 11.3 km away. Jubilee Park is 10.9 km away, while Expo Water Feature and Al Forsan Park are 11.2 km and 11.6 km away respectively.

Payment plan and handover

Golf Hills has a stated starting price of AED 1,060,000. The payment schedule allocates 10% on booking, 80% during construction and 10% when keys are handed over. The project start date is 30 December 2025, and the scheduled completion date is 30 September 2029. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2029. The project is active, with a recorded completion ratio of 3.67% following an inspection dated 23 June 2026. This places Golf Hills in its early construction phase while retaining a defined scheduled completion date.
