About the project
Rivera at The Valley Phase 2 is located in The Valley, Dubai, a desert- and oasis-inspired residential community developed by Emaar Properties. The community sits at the junction of the E66 Dubai–Al Ain Road and E77 Jebel Ali–Lehbab Road. The Valley’s Phase Two has been announced with more than 4,500 residential units.
Rivera within The Valley
Rivera at The Valley Phase 2 forms part of The Valley, a large residential neighbourhood in Dubai developed by Emaar Properties. The community is planned around a central district known as Eden, together with a wider network of residential neighbourhoods, public open spaces and amenity areas. Its landscape and architectural concept draws on desert and oasis motifs. The Valley is positioned southeast of central Dubai at the meeting point of the E66 and E77 arterial roads, linking residents by road towards central Dubai and areas to the south and east of the city. The masterplan is centred on low-rise residential neighbourhoods and landscaped routes within the community.
The Valley masterplan
The Valley’s initial Eden neighbourhood comprises low-density villa clusters with garden views. Its residential collections include May Bell, Iris and Spruce. May Bell is presented with a purist, minimal style, while Iris has a sleek and light character and Spruce uses warmer, earthy tones. The initial Eden homes are mainly three- and four-bedroom villas. Beyond Eden, The Valley includes named neighbourhoods and clusters such as Rivera at The Valley, Farm Grove, Kaia at The Valley, Elea at The Valley, Farm Grove 2 and Alva at The Valley. Phase Two has been announced with more than 4,500 residential units across the wider community.
Community facilities and open space
The Valley masterplan includes a 32,000 sq m Town Centre with indoor and outdoor retail space, a farmers’ market, cafés and restaurants. A 20,000 sq m Sports Village is planned with courts, playgrounds, outdoor gym areas, running tracks and cycling tracks. The community also includes Kids’ Dale, a 10,000 sq m children’s area with themed play equipment, rock climbing and an amphitheatre. These facilities sit alongside landscaped public open spaces and pedestrian routes within the residential neighbourhoods. The community layout combines neighbourhood-scale amenities with larger central leisure and retail areas.
Pavilion and Golden Beach
The Valley’s central amenity plan includes a 33,000 sq m Pavilion designed as an oasis garden. The Pavilion includes an observation tower and a maze. Golden Beach is a 30,000 sq m precinct planned with water play and food-and-beverage outlets. Together with the Town Centre, Sports Village and Kids’ Dale, these areas form the community’s leisure, recreation and dining offer. The masterplan also provides landscaped public areas and pedestrian connections between neighbourhoods and amenity clusters. The facilities are part of the wider The Valley community in which Rivera at The Valley Phase 2 is located.

Emaar Properties and The Valley
Emaar Properties is the developer of Rivera at The Valley Phase 2 and the wider The Valley masterplan. The community has been conceived as a suburban residential development with low-rise homes, landscaped neighbourhoods and central amenity districts. Eden is the masterplan’s central district, grouping villa clusters with garden views. The Valley’s planned facilities include retail, dining, market space, sports areas, play areas, outdoor exercise facilities, running and cycling tracks, water play and landscaped gardens. The community’s location on the E66 and E77 places it within Dubai’s wider road network, with connections towards central, southern and eastern parts of the city.
