Dubai South

Dubai South is a vast master-planned city in Dubai, centred around the Al Maktoum International Airport. This airport is set to become the world’s largest, with the capacity to handle over 200 million passengers and 16 million tonnes of cargo annually. Currently operational, it forms the core of Dubai South’s ambitious development.

Covering approximately 145 square kilometres, Dubai South is designed as a multiphase urban project comprising eight integrated districts. These include Residential, Commercial, Logistics, Aviation, Humanitarian, Golf, Exhibition, and the airport itself. Each district is purpose-built to support the city’s vision as a global hub for living, business, and transportation.
