The first payment is 10% on booking, followed by 70% during construction across the first to seventh instalments. The remaining 20% is due on handover at 100% construction completion. Handover is scheduled for March 2030, also stated as the first quarter of 2030. The project is active, with a recorded completion ratio of 87% following an inspection dated 16 June 2026. The project completion date is 31 March 2030. This aligns the final payment stage with the scheduled handover date.
