About the project
Valia is a residential project by Emaar Properties in Dubai Creek Harbour. Dubai Creek Harbour is a waterfront masterplan on Dubai Creek at The Lagoons, beside the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
Dubai Creek Harbour setting
Dubai Creek Harbour combines high-rise residential clusters, waterfront promenades and large-scale urban facilities. The district sits on the edge of Dubai Creek, with views towards the Creek and the Dubai skyline. It is beside the Ras Al Khor wetland reserve, a protected habitat known for its flamingo population. Emaar Properties is the principal developer of Dubai Creek Harbour, which includes completed, under-construction and planned residential, retail and public-realm elements.
Masterplan and future infrastructure
The Dubai Creek Harbour masterplan includes waterfront promenades, high-rise homes, public spaces and The Square, a planned retail and leisure destination. Construction has begun on a new high-rise intended as a complementary counterpart to Burj Khalifa and a future landmark on the Creek skyline. The Dubai Metro Blue Line is planned to improve connectivity to the Creek area, including the planned Emaar Properties Station. The Blue Line has a completion target of 2029.
Transport connections
The nearest current Dubai Metro station is Green Line station G30, 2,367 metres from Dubai Creek Harbour. The planned Emaar Properties Station is intended to serve the Creek area as part of the Dubai Metro Blue Line. The station is planned to be 74 metres tall and cover 11,000 square metres.
