Club Drive is a two-tower apartment development by Emaar Properties in Dubai Hills Estate, within Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The 529-unit project is under construction, with construction completion recorded at 75.08% and handover scheduled for Q1 2028.

The project and its two towers

Club Drive comprises two L-shaped residential towers on a common podium, overlooking Dubai Hills Golf Course. Tower A is configured as basement, ground, podium, 15 floors and roof level, while Tower B includes basement, ground, podium, 17 floors and roof level. The development has a concrete structure with internal and external finishes. Its design includes a grand lobby and resident lounge, while landscaped podium decks form part of the shared resident areas. The project contains 529 apartments in total. Golf-course views, views across landscaped surroundings and views towards the Dubai skyline are part of the development setting.

Apartments and layouts

The residence offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Apartment sizes range from 724 sq ft to 1,960 sq ft. Each apartment includes a balcony and a laundry room. Three-bedroom residences include a maid’s room, with built-in wardrobes or walk-in closets in the bedrooms. Interiors use white, beige, milk, coffee and grey tones, and floor-to-ceiling windows are incorporated to frame the surrounding greenery. The layouts are designed with flexible spaces that can transition into home offices. Fully equipped kitchens are included in the apartment offering. The stated starting price for Club Drive is AED 1,500,000.

Resident amenities

The amenity collection includes an infinity pool, pool deck and cabanas. Residents will also have access to a fitness centre, multipurpose room, multipurpose court and an external sports court. Children’s facilities include a kids’ area, playground, dry play area and wet play area. Event lawns and landscaped podium decks provide additional shared outdoor spaces. A resident lounge is planned alongside the grand lobby. The development also includes 24-hour security. These facilities are arranged across the podium and shared areas of the two-tower project.

The payment plan is structured as 90/10: 10% is payable on booking, 80% during construction and the final 10% on handover. The project has two buildings and 529 units.
