The development has a concrete structure with internal and external finishes. Its design includes a grand lobby and resident lounge, while landscaped podium decks form part of the shared resident areas. The project contains 529 apartments in total. Golf-course views, views across landscaped surroundings and views towards the Dubai skyline are part of the development setting.
