The tower stands on a front-row plot in Dubai Marina and has direct access to the Marina Promenade. Its residences are positioned for views across the sea, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. The building forms part of a waterfront district built around an artificial marina, where a landscaped promenade runs alongside the water. Dubai Marina includes more than 200 residential towers and eight kilometres of landscaped public walkways with water features, benches and play areas. Marina Shores contains 447 units, with residential accommodation accompanied by retail space within the development.
