About the project
Venera at The Valley Phase 2 is located in The Valley, Dubai, a masterplanned residential community by Emaar Properties. The community sits at the junction of the E66 Dubai–Al Ain Road and E77 Jebel Ali–Lehbab Road. Phase Two of The Valley has been announced with more than 4,500 residential units.
The Valley masterplan
The Valley is a desert-themed residential neighbourhood with a landscape and architectural concept informed by desert and oasis motifs. Its masterplan is organised around Eden, a central district containing low-rise villa clusters with garden views, alongside a wider network of neighbourhoods and community amenities. Landscaped public open spaces and pedestrian routes are planned within the neighbourhoods and between amenity areas. The location is positioned southeast of central Dubai, with road connections towards central Dubai and areas to the south and east of the city. The Valley’s initial Eden residential offering comprises low-density villas, principally with three and four bedrooms, across several architectural collections.
Community retail and dining
The Valley masterplan includes a Town Centre covering 32,000 sq m. This central amenity is planned with indoor and outdoor retail space, a farmers’ market, cafés and restaurants. It forms part of the community’s amenity network, which combines retail, dining, leisure and public open space across dedicated precincts. The Town Centre is designed to serve the wider residential neighbourhood rather than requiring residents to travel to central Dubai for every local retail or dining visit. Community facilities are arranged alongside landscaped areas and pedestrian routes within the masterplan.
Sports and outdoor facilities
A Sports Village of 20,000 sq m is included in The Valley. Its planned facilities comprise courts, playgrounds, outdoor gym areas, and running and cycling tracks. The community is also planned around landscaped public open spaces, providing areas beyond the residential clusters for outdoor activity. These facilities sit within a masterplan that brings together neighbourhood-scale amenities and larger shared precincts. The Valley’s low-density residential setting, garden views in Eden and landscape-led planning shape the community context for Venera at The Valley Phase 2.
Family and leisure precincts
Kids’ Dale is a 10,000 sq m children’s area within The Valley, planned with themed play equipment, rock climbing and an amphitheatre. The masterplan also includes the Pavilion, an oasis garden of 33,000 sq m with an observation tower and maze. Golden Beach is another dedicated precinct, covering 30,000 sq m and planned with water play and food-and-beverage outlets. Together with the Town Centre and Sports Village, these precincts establish a mix of play, leisure, dining and outdoor facilities across the community.
Road connections and Dubai destinations
The Valley is located where the E66 Dubai–Al Ain Road meets the E77 Jebel Ali–Lehbab Road. Downtown Dubai is 27.4 km away, while The Dubai Mall is 27.1 km away and Dubai International Airport is 28.4 km away. Mall of the Emirates is 28.0 km from the community. Al Maktoum International Airport is 31.9 km away, Dubai Marina is 32.3 km away, JBR Beach is 33.0 km away and Palm Jumeirah is 33.5 km away. The road network provides connections towards central Dubai and other areas to the south and east of the city.
Transport context
The nearest Dubai Metro station on the Red Line is 25.3 km from The Valley. The community’s location and highway access make private vehicles and taxis the practical choice for most journeys. Public transport access is limited by distance, while road travel connects the neighbourhood to central Dubai and other destinations through the E66 and E77. The Valley is therefore a suburban community whose everyday movement pattern is centred on driving. Its residential planning combines low-rise neighbourhoods with shared retail, sports, play and landscaped amenity areas within the masterplan.
Emaar Properties and The Valley Phase Two
Emaar Properties is the developer of The Valley masterplan and its initial phases. The community’s first Eden offering features mainly three- and four-bedroom villas in May Bell, Iris and Spruce architectural collections. May Bell has a purist and minimal style, Iris is presented with a sleek and light character, and Spruce uses warmer, earthy tones. The Valley Phase Two has been announced with more than 4,500 residential units. Other named communities within The Valley include Rivera at The Valley, Farm Grove, Kaia at The Valley, Elea at The Valley, Farm Grove 2 and Alva at The Valley.
