What sits behind each card
A project page gives the developer and their other work, the exact location on the map, unit mix and floor plans, the payment schedule where the developer publishes one, and the brochure. Where the project is registered with the DLD, we also link its construction progress by stage.
Before you commit
Three checks take a few minutes each and settle most of the risk. Confirm the project number in the DLD register and that payments go to its escrow account. Read what the contract says about delay and cancellation. Add the running costs: transfer fee, registration, and the annual service charge for the building, which you can look up in our service charge index.

A project that has not been handed over and whose handover falls in the current year or later. The date comes from the developer or the brochure, not from when the page appeared on this site.
Can I buy off-plan directly from the developer?
Yes. The sale contract is registered in the Oqood system and payments go to the project escrow account. The order and the timing are set out on our Oqood registration page.
Where do the prices come from?
The "from" price is the starting price of the most affordable unit as reported by the developer when the card was last updated. Each project card carries its own update date.
How do I check the project is actually under construction?
By its DLD project number. Where we know the number it is shown on the card, and stage-by-stage progress is on our project status page.
