Cassia three-bedroom villas range from 2,972 to 3,711 square feet. Four-bedroom Cassia Villas range from 3,373 to 4,278 square feet, while five-bedroom Cassia Villas range from 4,448 to 5,138 square feet. Ravenna Residences provide the larger formats: four-bedroom homes range from 5,434 to 8,819 square feet, and five-bedroom homes range from 6,678 to 9,818 square feet. These five villa configurations provide choices across three to five bedrooms.

Parks, recreation and community facilities

The community amenities include Central Park, a community pool, a kids’ play area, a neighbourhood park and an elemental garden. Pedestrian trails run through the masterplan and incorporate discovery nodes. Community retail is included, as is a school identified in the masterplan. Prices and payment structure

Starting prices are AED 5.1 million for a three-bedroom Cassia Villa, AED 6.0 million for a four-bedroom Cassia Villa and AED 7.1 million for a five-bedroom Cassia Villa. Ravenna Residences are priced from AED 9.5 million for four bedrooms and AED 11.4 million for five bedrooms. The payment plan is structured as 65/35. It begins with a 10% booking payment, followed by six instalments: 15% on 25 October 2025, then 10% each on 25 June 2026, 25 February 2027, 25 October 2027 and 25 June 2028. The remaining 35% is payable on handing over. Milestone dates change by phase.
