Town Square: A Vibrant Community in DubaiLand
Town Square is a large residential development located in DubaiLand, just south of the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Emirates Bypass Road, near Arabian Ranches. Spanning 750 acres, it is larger than Downtown Dubai and offers a mix of townhouses and apartments designed for modern living.
The community features approximately 3,500 townhouses and 18,000 apartments, complemented by a 2.5 million square foot retail precinct with over 600 stores and dining options. The residential options include the Zahra Townhouses and Hayat Houses, the latter offering three- and four-bedroom layouts with private gardens and terraces.
Since its launch in 2015, Town Square has steadily developed, with most apartment blocks and villa communities nearing completion by 2020. The community park is open and enhanced with ambient classical and jazz music, creating a pleasant environment. While some food outlets have opened, additional amenities are still developing.
Projected to accommodate around 85,000 residents and workers by 2025, Town Square is positioned as a thriving and expansive community within DubaiLand.
