Town Square Zahra is a completed residential project in Town Square, Dubai. The registered developer is Nshama, and the DLD project number is 1637. Construction began in June 2015 and was completed in August 2019; the registry records Finished status and 100% completion. The project comprises eight residential buildings, with 1,518 units recorded in the registry.
The eight buildings range from seven to nine floors and include the Zahra and Zahra Breeze buildings. The recorded mix comprises 73 studios, 197 one-bedroom apartments, 632 two-bedroom apartments, 506 three-bedroom apartments, 76 four-bedroom apartments and 33 shops. In sales registered over the last 24 months, median areas were about 30 sq m (323 sq ft) for studios, 58 sq m (627 sq ft) for one-bedroom homes and 85 sq m (913 sq ft) for two-bedroom homes. Three-bedroom-and-larger homes had a median area of about 131 sq m (1,414 sq ft), while townhouse-type homes had a median of about 206 sq m (2,212 sq ft).
