Binghatti Gateway is a completed residential building by Binghatti Developers in Al Jaddaf, within Healthcare City Phase 2. The project and its architecture

Binghatti Gateway is configured as one building with one basement level, a ground floor, one mezzanine floor, two podium levels, 14 residential floors and a roof. Its architecture draws on Mashrabiya, the traditional Arabian screen design associated with privacy, shading and ornamentation. The facade incorporates twisted balconies designed to turn away from direct sun, while the building’s undulating floors create its wavy profile. The design combines these traditional references with a modern residential form. Views from the building include Dubai Creek and the Dubai skyline. The lobby features Italian marble, and a panoramic lift serves the building.

The residences at Binghatti Gateway comprise one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment layouts. One-bedroom apartments have total areas from 760.79 to 960.46 square feet. Two-bedroom apartments range from 1,043.67 to 1,177.89 square feet. Across the development, there are 182 units. The stated starting price is AED 720,000. The developer

Binghatti Developers is the developer of Binghatti Gateway and was founded in 2008. The company’s Dubai activity includes Business Bay, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Al Jaddaf, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Village Circle, Liwan and Dubai Land Residence Complex. Its stated portfolio included more than 40 projects across the UAE. At Binghatti Gateway, the developer applied a Mashrabiya-inspired design language, with twisted balconies and undulating floors forming the building’s exterior character. The project was completed in 2021.
